Guam EPA releases fact sheet about reporting Tier II data

The Guam Environmental Protection Agency today released a fact sheet to assist entities that submit information for Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act (EPCRA) and Tier II requirements.

The fact sheet includes Guam-specific information about the reporting and how to submit documents correctly in electronic or hard copy. The fact sheet can be found online here.

“These reports help communities understand the type of chemicals and potentially hazardous materials in their areas. Ensuring everyone knows how to submit the reports correctly to Guam EPA is critical for our agency and every resident,” said Administrator Eric M. Palacios. “This fact sheet focuses on helping those who must report, do so easily and correctly.”

The fact sheet is available at the Agency’s main office in Tiyan or online.
