Guam EPA seeks proposals for UST trainings

RFP/Guam EPA 2200-002
Guam EPA is soliciting the services for the following:
- Persons with demonstrated knowledge and experience in developing and conducting training in Underground Storage Tank (UST) systems.
- These individuals must be familiar with UST operations, rules and regulations, and how to successfully meet local and federal mandates, primarily those set out by the Energy Policy Act – Operator Training Provision.
Services provided through this RFP will be 100% federally funded. All Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) are encouraged to submit proposals.

Applications can also be picked up at Guam EPA’s Main Office, 17-3304 Mariner Ave. Tiyan between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. weekdays (except holidays).
Proposals must include one original plus three copies. Proposals must be submitted or postmarked by 4:30 p.m. Chamorro Standard Time, Friday, March, 16, 2012 at Guam EPA’s Main Office. Proposals can be mailed to:Attn: Haz. Waste Management Program P.O. Box 22439 GMF, Barrigada, GU 96921.
