Monday meeting about RFP for pesticide training
Guam EPA will have a pre-conference meeting for the RFP 2013-2200-001 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 18, 2013, in Guam EPA’s Main Conference Room. The meeting will focus on answering any questions individuals with interest in the RFP may have.

The Guam Environmental Protection Agency is soliciting the services for the following:
- Provide Guam EPA pesticide qualification and certification training.
The Request for Proposals (RFP) provides general background, specifications and requirements for prospective applicants. It also provides information about how to complete a proposal and how proposals will be evaluated. Services provided through this RFP will be 100% federally funded. All Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), minority and women-owned businesses are encouraged to submit proposals.
RFP Packages can be emailed to potential applicants, or picked up at Guam EPA’s Administration Building, 17-3304 Mariner Ave. Tiyan between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. weekdays (except holidays).
Proposals must include one original plus three copies. Proposals must be submitted or postmarked by 4:30 p.m. Chamorro Standard Time, Monday, Feb. 25, 2013 at Guam EPA’s Main Office. Proposals can be mailed to:
