The Clean Water Act (CWA) requires states to provide every two years an assessment of the quality of all their waters [section 305(b)] and a list of those that are impaired or threatened [section 303(d)].
The Guam Environmental Protection Agency (Guam EPA) hereby commences a thirty-day review and comment period ending 5 p.m. March 18, 2016. The public and other stakeholders are invited to comment on the 2016 Guam 303(d) List of Impaired Waters.
