Request for Proposals: Selection and Installation of Stormwater BMPs to control Bacteria Concentrations in Marine Waters

The Guam Environmental Protection Agency (Guam EPA) wishes to notify the general public and other interested parties that Guam EPA is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for environmental services to include the research and construction of Stormwater Best Management Practices (BMPs) for the control of non-point source pollution, specifically bacteria concentrations.

The RFP can be picked up at the Guam EPA’s Main Office, Building #17-3304, Mariner Avenue, Tiyan, between 8:00am and 4:30pm weekdays (except holidays).

Pre-proposal conference will be held on Tuesday, April 26^th, 2016, at 10:00 am, at the Guam EPA Main Conference Room.  Any written comments must be submitted either by hand delivery to Guam EPA’s Main Office or mailed to the address below.  Comments must be received by Guam EPA or post marked no later than 4:00 pm, Friday, April 29^th, 2016.

Deadline for proposals is 4:30 pm, Wednesday, May 11, 2016.  No Fax or electronic submittals will be accepted.
