Workshop about proper reporting offered

More than 50 people attended a free workshop last week hosted by U.S. EPA. The workshop focused on explaining the reporting requirements for facilities that manufacture, process or use toxic chemicals.

The training focused on the federal Toxics Release Inventory (TRI). The TRI is a database with information from around the United States. It includes information about how facilities manage chemicals and if there are any chemical releases.
