History of Safe Drinking Water Regulations
Prior to the creation of Guam EPA, Guam’s air pollution regulations were enforced by the Air Pollution Control Commission. When Guam EPA was created by 10 GCA Chapter 45, all the powers of the Commission were transferred to the Agency. The original set of Rules and Regulations were filed with the Legislature on Feb. 15, 1975.
