Staff learning about erosion control

Guam EPA staff are attending a week-long workshop about erosion control and sedimentation issues. The workshop is being hosted by the Guam Coastal Management Program – BSP.

Instructors for the workshop are from the Center for Watershed Protection. Learn more about the center at their website www.cwp.org

We will be posting links to the Guam Stormwater Management Manual online shortly. Visit our Issuu page to see a complete list of publications.

Guam EPA Inspector Jun Quezada helps shovel sand during the rain garden workshop last week at Santos Memorial Park in Piti.

Participants at the Erosion and Sedimentation Control Workshop learn how to stop erosion before it starts.
