Carrara appointed to Guam EPA Board

Last week Gov. Eddie Calvo appointed Steve Carrara as a general member of the Guam EPA Board of Directors.

The appointment paperwork now goes to the Guam Legislature for confirmation.

Carrara has a law degree from American University’s Washington College of Law ad a degree in economics from Columbia. He is currently General Counsel for IT&E IP&E.
