NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: NEW SOURCE REVIEW FOR NEW AND MODIFIED MAJOR SOURCES IN SO2 NONATTAINMENT AREAS

In accordance with 5 GCA §9301(a), the Guam Environmental Protection Agency (Guam EPA) hereby notifies the general public and owners/operators of air emission sources of a Public Hearing for 22 GAR, Chapter 1, Guam Air Pollution Controls Standards and Regulations New Source Review (NSR) Requirements for New and Modified Major Sources in SO2 Nonattainment Areas.

Public HEARING: THURSDAY•MAY 26, 2022 • 3:00 P.M.at the Guam EPA Administration Building Conference Room located at 17-3304 Mariner Avenue, Tiyan

Public Review and Comment Period: THURSDAY•MAY 12, 2022 – MONDAY•JUNE 13, 2022 Guam NSR Requirements Regulations relevant to this public hearing can be viewed at the Agencyʼs administration building in Tiyan from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on business days, beginning on Tueday, May 10, 2022.
