About the Division
The Air and Land Programs Division is comprised of four separate programs. Each program was created by a different local law and responsible for the implementation of specific local and federal statues and regulations. Each Program is responsible for rule-making, permitting, inspections, compliance monitoring, and enforcement for their specified area.
