BT-A Train-The-Trainer Workshop April 18–19, 2024
The Guam Environmental Protection Agency (Guam EPA) in partnership Michigan State University and the United States Environmental Protection Agency will be conducting a train-the-trainer workshop for Basic Training – A (BT-A).
The workshop is scheduled for April 18 – 19, 2024 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the Fort San Jose Ballroom at the Dust Beach Resort in Tumon. Registration is required to attend the workshop, and attendance is mandatory to receive certification and renewal of BT-A train-the-trainer cards.
Interested parties must register no later than Thursday, April 11, 2024. Registration requests can be made via email to: maria.duenas@epa.guam.gov, veronica.fruge@epa.guam.gov or mevany.hecita@epa.guam.gov
In accordance with the Guam Pesticides Act, BT-A is required for employees who apply general-use antibacterial, antimicrobials, sanitizers, fungicides, disinfectants, and pesticides as part of their occupational duties.
