Guam EPA Board of Directors Special Meeting – Saturday, June 3, 2023 8:30 a.m.
The Guam Envinonmental Protection Agency (Guam EPA) Board of Directors have scheduled a special meeting in accordance with 5 GCA §8108 on Saturday, June 3, 2023 at 8:30 a.m. at the Guam EPA administration building conference room, located at 17-3304 Mariner Avenue, Tiyan Barrigada, Guam 96913-1617.
In accordance with Governor’s Executive Order No. 2023-02, Guam EPA certifies that an emergency exists as a result of Typhoon Mawar, and will transact ONLY the following business:
• Final disbursement of $500K from the Recycling Revolving Fund to Mayors Council of Guam
• Confirmation of Mrs.Michelle C.R. Lastimoza to serve as the Guam EPA Administrator
• Date of the next regularly scheduled Guam EPA board of directors meeting
