Guam EPA continues to work on investigation
Guam EPA continues to investigate Viba Recycling and any potential violations committed in regards to their Solid Waste Processing and Storage permit.
“Our Solid Waste Management Program has been actively looking into this matter and is working with our legal counsel to determine the the Agency’s next step regarding Viba’s permit,” said Guam EPA Administrator Eric M. Palacios.
Guam EPA will continue to update the public regarding the status of the investigation via epa.guam.gov.
