Guam 2025 Annual State Public Water System Compliance Report Now Available
On July 1, 2026, the Guam Environmental Protection Agency (Guam EPA) submitted its 2025 Annual State Public Water System Compliance Report to the U.S. EPA. The report is due every year on July 1, and entails compliance reporting of eight (8) public water systems under Guam EPA’s regulatory authority. This report is required under the authority of the Safe Drinking Water Act through the National Drinking Water Program.
