PUBLIC NOTICE: Request for Statements of Qualifications
The Guam Environmental Protection Agency (Guam EPA) is soliciting Statements of Qualification for Professional Services to be performed by a Botanist/Ecologist to assist Guam EPA’s field crew members with field identification and data analysis for the National Wetland Condition Assessment (NWCA).
Statements of Qualification shall include (1) technical education and training; (2) general or special experience, certifications, licenses, and membership in professional associations, societies, or boards; (3) an expression of interest in providing a particular service specified in 3114 (a); and (4) any other pertinent information requested in the Statement of Qualification packet from interested individuals or firms to provide the professional services of a Wetland Botanist/Ecologist.
A hard copy of the request for Statements of Qualification can be picked up at Guam EPA’s Main Office at 17-3304 Mariner Avenue Tiyan Barrigada, Guam 96913 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. No pre-proposal conference will be held. Any comments or questions must be in written form and submitted either by mail or hand delivery to 17-3304 Mariner Avenue Tiyan Barrigada, Guam 96913. Comments must be received by Guam EPA or post marked no later than 4:30 p.m., Friday, March 31, 2026. Facsimile and electronic submittals will not be accepted.
Deadline for proposals is 4:30 PM ChST, Tuesday, March 31, 2026
