PUBLIC NOTICE – Guam 2022-2024 IR and 303(d) List of Impaired Waters

The Clean Water Act (CWA) requires states to provide every two years an assessment of the quality of all their waters [section 305(b)] and a list of those that are impaired or threatened [section 303(d)].
The Guam Environmental Protection Agency (Guam EPA) hereby commences a thirty-day review and comment period, beginning April 14, 2025, through May 14, 2025. The public and other stakeholders are invited to comment on the 2022-2024 Integrated Report and Guam’s proposed 303(d) List of Impaired Waters.
This list of impaired water bodies and the Integrated Report are available below and at the following location:
