PUBLIC NOTICE – PUBLIC COMMENTING PERIOD SEA WALKER TOURS PROJECT

Public Review and Commenting Period: March 13, 2025 – April 13, 2025

The Guam Environmental Protection Agency (Guam EPA) issues this announcement to satisfy established procedures for public notice in §5106(i) of Guam’s Water Quality Standards and in accordance with Clean Water Act section 401(a)(1).   The Agency intends to issue a 401 Water Quality Certification (WQC) required for the authorization of an Army Corps of Engineers (ACOE) Letter of Permission (permit) to Fish Eye Marine Ventures, Inc. for its proposed Sea Walker Tours Project in Piti, Guam.

The public and other stakeholders are invited to comment on the proposed project activity beginning on March 13, 2025. Guam EPA must receive all written comments by 5 p.m. April 14, 2025.
